Your Expert profile will be as professional and credible as properly filled and will certainly attract more traffic as it appears in more searches, since users may search and filter Experts by different keywords and parameters. Furthermore, you will be able to share your Expert profile with one click on any social media network or directory to further attract external callers and boost your income.

No, all conversations over Shawir are done through the app over secure internet channels, and do not require using your mobile number at any time. Shawir does not disclose any private info comprising your phone number, email address and bank account to any party you’re in contact with. We only require your mobile number and email address for security reasons, and to validate your identity should you ever lose access to your account.

To register as an expert or consultant at Shawir Apps, follow the following steps: 1. Select “Settings” then click on “Your Photo or name at the top”. 2. Select “Edit Profile,” fill in all your data, add your personal photo or whatever you deem appropriate, and make sure to write an overview of yourself and what you offer. 3. Go back to “Settings” and choose “Request an expert account,” then fill out the required data and submit the request. As an expert, you will get the full price that you specified in the settings for the chat or the appointments section, meaning that we do not take any commission from you or deduct anything. We will add our commissions and any required VAT to your prices to be covered by the amount paid by the customer who purchases the service from you.

When your profits reach $100, you can submit a request to transfer the amount you want through the application. Any transfer fees will be deducted from your balance.

Profits are transferred only to you (the official account holder) either to your bank account or a regular transfer from the Money Exchange company or PayPal account. Any wages or expenses will be deducted from your profits.

Rating is your credibility and quality indicator; it will affect the likelihood that someone chooses to contact you over another Expert, and it also has a dramatic effect on your search position which will also affect your sales.
